Reception Areas

 

 

Steamboat Lounge

¨     A beautiful lounge on the lower deck of the M/S Mount Washington, the Steamboat Lounge is the perfect setting for an intimate gathering.

¨     Accommodates 50 to 75 guests, minimum of 50 required

¨     A $500 room rental fee applies to all Friday & Saturday evening receptions. Rental fees do not apply to daytime receptions.

 

Flagship Lounge

¨     With gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee, the Flagship Lounge provides a unique and memorable setting for your special day.

¨     Accommodates 75 to 125 guests.

¨     All Friday and Saturday functions in the Flagship Lounge require a minimum of 100 guests.

¨     All Sunday functions in the Flagship Lounge require a minimum of 75 guests.

¨     A $1200 room rental fee applies to all Friday & Saturday evening receptions. Rental fees do not apply to daytime receptions.

 

 

The M/S Mount Washington

¨     For parties of 125+, make your vision a reality by chartering the M/S Mount Washington for your wedding celebration.

¨     Accommodates up to 500 passengers for sit down dinner service and up to 800 passengers for a reception style event.

¨     Charter rates can be obtained by contacting our sales office.

 

 

 

 

 

Wedding Guidelines

 

Deposits & Payment Schedule

All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable

 

 

¨     Initial Deposit of $1000 is due with signed contract to secure date and time. For wedding charters, the full charter rate will be due.

¨     An estimate of charges will be sent 45 days in advance of your function. Payment of these charges is due 30 days prior to your function

¨     Guaranteed guest count will be required 10 days in advance of your function. This count is not subject to reduction.

¨     Final payment must be received one week prior to your function.

 

 

Food & Beverage Services

¨     Menu items that are not included in the wedding package will be subject to 8% NH State Rooms & Meals Tax and 18% gratuity. All room rental fees are subject to 8% NH State Rooms & Meals Tax.

¨     Winnipesaukee Flagship Corporation will provide all food and beverage, aboard the M/S Mount Washington. No food or beverage will be permitted to leave the vessel.

 

 

Miscellaneous Information

¨     For decorating purposes, Winnipesaukee Flagship Corporation does not permit the affixing of anything to the vessel’s walls, floors or ceilings. The use of confetti, rice and glitter is not permitted.

¨     All Winnipesaukee Flagship vessels are smoke free.

¨     Only the Main Deck of the ship offers wheelchair accessibility. The Steamboat Lounge and the Flagship Lounge are not wheelchair accessible.
